Everyone is super nice and I have had great success! Sometimes you need a push to get going. The ladies know what to ask and what to prescribe. I work out hard, but it is true abs are made in the kitchen and I have 3 abs:) I have lost over 37 pounds in 3 1/2 months and I went from a 38 to a 31. I still have about 8 to go but really pleased. I have been able to revamp my diet with the meds and gotten a better handle on my late night snacking. The staff are super funny and definitely characters. They make it a lot of fun and they have a lot of products to help you chill. From chunky and a lady killa to built and well, still working on the ladies!
