What is a Wellness Coach?
A Wellness Coach is a guide who helps you explore your concerns, set goals, and implement lifestyle changes to feel your best. They empower, inspire and motivate you to create and sustain healthy lifestyle habits for prolonged health and wellbeing.
How will working with a wellness coach help you?
We take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, teaching you that it’s not just about the food on your plate, but also how you nourish yourself through other areas of your life, such as your relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality.
Empowerment and Healthy Living Coach
At the end of 2017, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga and meditation. It was the catalyst that changed the course of my life forever. At the time I was in a high paying corporate job in Silicon Valley advising entrepreneurs and in a committed relationship, but felt out of alignment and balance. I experienced pressure to have a child, work tirelessly to move from senior associate to law firm partner, and to hold my significant other’s and society’s needs above my own. In Rishikesh, I was exposed to yogic, meditative and spiritual tools that helped me incorporate mindfulness and presence in order to become aware of and reprogram my unconscious
After years of self-study, seminars and retreats with the world’s leading experts in health and wellness, I desired to journey further into the science behind our behaviors in order to serve myself and others better. Thus, in September 2020, I underwent training to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Life Coach.
I strive to meet every person where they are and take into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. My mission is to educate and empower people to take charge of their own health, cultivate clarity and flow in their mindset, and to honor themselves to be able to work through transition periods such as divorce, career change, creating healthy boundaries, and finding authentic expression. I personally know how difficult it can be to set forth on a new path outside your comfort zone and internal programming, but learning to trust yourself and find compassion and grace is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and necessary in order to attract what’s truly meant for you. Transformation after transformation can occur. I would love to be able to serve as a catalyst in your expansion and metamorphosis into your highest self.
Having led a decade as a busy global technology attorney working across various time zones, I can help guide you to develop better balance by recognizing energy leaks and making necessary lifestyle modifications. As a professional dancer, I have gained somatic awareness making it easier to implement healthy habits to fuel performance and support lifelong health and wellness and can help you do the same. Finally, I can guide you to listen to your intuition, release any limiting beliefs or your inner critic that may hold you back from living as the fullest expression of yourself – in alignment with your values and who you are at your core.
Behavior Therapist, Leadership & Development Coach
In 2012, after moving back from NYC I went on a self discovery and healing journey. After break ups, job losses, and my mother’s cancer spreading to other areas of her body – I found myself lost, disoriented and anxious about where I was in life and what my true calling was. I moved to San Francisco wanting to discover myself newly and not from what the past said I was. I created a new identity for myself and re-discovered my passion for dance and performance and began leading personal development coaching programs. I started to engage with like minded individuals and freed myself from people and things that no longer served what I was up to in life.
You don’t have to go through any period of your life alone, and I can offer you guidance, support, and encouragement into becoming the best version of yourself.
I look forward to helping you unlock your potential to build a life you love both mentally and physically!

I feel like I have control over my life again. My coach made a huge difference. She would really challenge me to think about what I could take on between calls.

My coach helped me identify the triggers of my stress. She taught me that stress never stops coming at you, and many times you can’t control the situation, but you can always control your reaction.
-Nate, lear ned new techniques to reduce stress
I realized on my first call that it was all about being self-motivated. My coach didn’t tell me what to do; the key was what I was going to do. It’s a great feeling to know that I was able to make this huge change, and I hope to be able to inspire others like my coach inspired me.
