A Wellness Coach is a guide who helps you explore your concerns, set goals, and implement lifestyle changes to feel your best. They empower, inspire and motivate you to create and sustain healthy lifestyle habits for prolonged health and wellbeing.

At the end of 2017, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga and meditation. It was the catalyst that changed the course of my life forever. At the time I was in a high paying corporate job in Silicon Valley advising entrepreneurs and in a committed relationship, but felt out of alignment and balance. I experienced pressure to have a child, work tirelessly to move from senior associate to law firm partner, and to hold my significant other’s and society’s needs above my own. In Rishikesh, I was exposed to yogic, meditative and spiritual tools that helped me incorporate mindfulness and presence in order to become aware of and reprogram my unconscious

In 2012, after moving back from NYC I went on a self discovery and healing journey. After break ups, job losses, and my mother’s cancer spreading to other areas of her body – I found myself lost, disoriented and anxious about where I was in life and what my true calling was. I moved to San Francisco wanting to discover myself newly and not from what the past said I was. I created a new identity for myself and re-discovered my passion for dance and performance and began leading personal development coaching programs. I started to engage with like minded individuals and freed myself from people and things that no longer served what I was up to in life.
